Terms of Use

1. Using this website

By using engyuyu.com or booking a session you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website or book. You must be old enough to make this agreement, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.

2. What my sessions are, and are not

My consulting sessions are advice and guidance only. I explain, review and show you what to do. You, as the owner and user of your devices and accounts, make the changes.

• No physical repairs. I can’t fix hardware problems such as broken screens, batteries, charging ports or water damage. Please visit a repair shop.
• No account recovery. I can’t get back banned, suspended, hacked, locked or deleted accounts. I am not the account owner and not the platform, so account decisions belong to the platform. I can explain the platform’s official appeal and recovery steps and help you avoid it happening again.
• No access to your accounts. I will never ask for your passwords or verification codes. Please never share them.
• No guaranteed results. Income, followers, sales and growth depend on many things outside my control.
• Buying advice is independent. I don’t sell devices. Prices and availability change, and the final purchase decision is yours.

3. Booking and payment

• Sessions are booked online at engyuyu.com/consulting.html. Times are shown in Mogadishu time (UTC+3) and must be booked at least 24 hours ahead.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on the booking page before you pay. The price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
• Your session is confirmed only after payment is received. The slot is held for a short time while you pay; if payment isn’t completed in time, the slot is released.
• After payment you receive an email with your Google Meet link and a calendar file.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. I do not see or store your card or mobile-money details.

4. Changes, lateness and cancellations

Draft policy: to be confirmed by Eng Yuyu:

• To change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the session.
• If you change or cancel in time, I will move your session to another available time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without telling me, I may need to shorten the session or reschedule it.
• If I have to cancel or can’t attend, I will offer you a new time or a refund.

5. Refunds

Draft policy: to be confirmed by Eng Yuyu: because a session reserves my time, payments are generally not refunded once the session has taken place. If something went wrong on my side, or you paid and the slot was no longer available, I will rebook you or refund you. To ask about a refund, email contact@engyuyu.com with your booking reference.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give correct details, and a working email so you receive your Meet link.
• Be respectful during sessions. I may end a session that is abusive or unlawful, without a refund.
• Do not record the session or share it publicly without my permission.
• Make backups and take care before changing your devices or accounts. You are responsible for the changes you make.

7. Website content

The articles, videos, images, logos and design on this website belong to Eng Yuyu or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please do not copy, republish or sell my content without asking me first.

Comments you post must be respectful, lawful and your own. I may remove any comment, and I may display the name and comment you post.

8. Limits of my responsibility

I give my advice in good faith and do my best to be accurate, but technology, prices and platform rules change quickly. The website and sessions are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for losses that result from decisions you make or changes you make to your devices or accounts, or for problems caused by outside services (such as Google, your internet connection or the payment provider). Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow me to limit.

9. Links to other sites

The website links to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other sites. I don’t control them and I’m not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Changes and contact

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the website after that means you accept the update. Bookings you have already paid for stay under the terms that applied when you booked. Questions? Email contact@engyuyu.com.
