Why I started
People use technology every day, few are taught how it works.
I noticed a gap. Millions of people rely on their phones and the internet daily, yet many don't understand how the technology works, or how to protect themselves online.
That gap was especially wide in the Somali community and among broader digital audiences. So I started explaining technology in a clear, practical way that anyone can follow.
What began as simple videos grew into a community of more than a million followers, hundreds of educational videos, and live events and programs that have reached millions.
