What my sessions are, and are not
My sessions are advice and guidance only. I explain, review and show you what to do. You, as the owner and user of your devices and accounts, make the changes.
- No physical repairs. I can’t fix hardware problems like broken screens, batteries, charging ports or water damage. For those, please visit a repair shop.
- No account recovery. I can’t get back banned, suspended, hacked, locked or deleted accounts. I am not the account owner and I am not the platform, so decisions about accounts belong to the platform. I can explain the platform’s official steps for appeals and recovery, and help you prevent it happening again.
- No access to your accounts. I will never ask for your passwords or verification codes. Please never share them with anyone.
- No guaranteed results. Income, followers, sales and growth depend on many things outside my control.
- Buying advice is independent. I don’t sell devices. Prices and availability change, and the final purchase decision is yours.

Before you book.
Which session should I choose?
Quick (30 min) is for one main question. Focus (45 min) suits a few related questions or some troubleshooting. Full (60 min) is best for a complex issue, or when you want a personal action plan.
How do sessions happen?
Online on Google Meet. You get the link by email as soon as your booking is approved, and it works on a phone or a computer, no account needed.
How do I pay?
Online, during booking: mobile money (EVC Plus/ZAAD, eDahab, Premier Wallet) or card. Your booking is approved the moment payment is confirmed.
What should I prepare?
A short description of what you want help with, and any links, screenshots, drafts or numbers that relate to it. Never send passwords or codes.
What if I am late or need to cancel?
Reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the session to move or cancel it. If you are late, the session still ends at the scheduled time so the next client is not affected.
Can you recover my banned account?
No, I’m not the account owner or the platform, so I can’t get back banned, suspended, hacked, locked or deleted accounts. I can explain the platform’s official steps for appeals and recovery. And I can help you secure your other accounts so it doesn’t happen again.
Can you repair my phone or laptop?
No. My sessions are advice and guidance only. For broken screens, batteries, charging ports or water damage, please visit a repair shop. If it’s a software, app or settings problem, a session can help.
Will I definitely earn more or get more customers?
I can’t promise results. Income, followers and sales depend on many things outside my control. What I can give you is clear, honest advice and a practical plan to follow.
What if I need more time?
Each session ends at its scheduled time. If there is more to cover, you can book another session, choose the Full Session if you already know your issue is complex.
Which time zone are the slots in?
Times are shown in your own time zone automatically.
